Accounts found to be in violation of eligibility requirements are subject to immediate suspension or permanent closure without prior notice.

It is the sole responsibility of the user to ensure that their account credentials remain confidential. nepk will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from a user's failure to protect their login details. Account Funding, Deposits & Withdrawals
nepk supports a range of local and international payment methods tailored for Bangladeshi players. All financial transactions must be conducted using payment accounts that belong to and are registered in the name of the nepk account holder. Third-party payments — whether depositing or withdrawing on behalf of another person — are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.

Withdrawal Conditions

- nepk reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify the source of funds before releasing a withdrawal in excess of ৳50,000.
Important: nepk does not charge any platform-side transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g. bKash, Nagad) may apply their own service charges. Please check with your payment provider for their applicable fee schedule.

General Bonus Rules

- Money laundering, match-fixing, or any form of fraud or financial crime using the nepk platform.
- Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with games, exploit vulnerabilities, or gain an unfair advantage.
- Opening multiple accounts or registering under false identities to claim duplicate bonuses or circumvent account restrictions.
- Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward nepk staff or other platform users via any communication channel.
- Accessing or attempting to access the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by law.
nepk reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and take proportionate action including account restriction, balance forfeiture, and legal proceedings where warranted. All decisions made by nepk in connection with suspected prohibited activity are final and binding.
Intellectual Property & Limitation of Liability
All content on the nepk platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and website design — is the exclusive intellectual property of nepk or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation of nepk content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
nepk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of service due to technical maintenance, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond nepk's reasonable control. nepk's aggregate liability to any user in respect of any claim shall not exceed the net deposits made by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Amendments, Termination & Governing Law
nepk reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with an updated effective date. It is your responsibility to review these terms regularly. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. nepk may also terminate or suspend access to the platform at its sole discretion, with or without cause, and with or without notice, including in cases of suspected fraud, policy violation, or regulatory requirement.
These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the principles of fair dealing and the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which nepk operates. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
